Pentax has just announced its new compact superzoom camera, the RZ18. The Pentax RZ18 is the latest addition to the Pentax Optio RZ zoom lens series. Its Optio RZ18 fits an 18X zoom 25-450mm equivalent lens with an f3.5-4.9 aperture into a consciously minimal design that stays relatively thin. The Optio RZ18 also features a 16-megapixel sensor and multiple Pentax Shake Reduction image stabilization technologies, including sensor-shift SR for sharp images even when there’s less light.
