Laser Projection Wrist Watch

It is cool to wear a watch with a tiny laser projector on board, tossing those numerals onto your wrist underneath. Andy Kurovets a watch designer translates the concept in the literal meaning. He designed Allessi Laser Watch that projects the time onto the wearer’s wrist. This concept uses a laser mounted inside the wrist band and angled over the flat part of the wrist to reveal digital time. Perhaps it could work with a kinetic charger, or maybe like that Atmos clock that gathers power from subtle temperature changes.

iHome unveils iP88 dual iPod dock alarm clock

Posted by | Last Updated : 963 days ago

iHome recently introduced an iPhone accessory that is cut above the rest. iHome launched an innovative clock radio cum docking station which can charge two iPhones at once or one iPhone and any dockable iPod. The device can wake users up with music from the iPod, AM/FM radio, or a buzzer. iP88 is an interesting alternative for two types of users: those who need two separate iPod/iPhone docks, or three separate alarm clocks. Each alarm has its own activation and deactivation button on the unit’s top, but not on the included candybar-style remote control, which toggles between the two docks, offers menu navigation, and lets you play with the other standard track and AM/FM radio controls found on most other iHome systems.

Other features include Reson8 stereo speakers, 3D sound, and an integrated EQ.  The audio system presents bass, treble, 3D sound and balance controls along with eight AM/FM presets. The dimensions of the device are 9.05” x 4.25” x 3.54”. The iP88 is inclusive of a DST switch for quick daylight-savings time adjustment. The alarm clock is available for purchase now for $149.99 online and in major retail outlets.
