Sony previously announced Sony S1 would be called the Sony Tablet S when it actually arrived on the market. Sony’s second tablet, the S2, was given some last-minute details Friday in a leak. When the Sony S2 arrives this September the name of the tablet will be the Sony Tablet P.Both tablet devices from Sony will feature the latest Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) as their operating system and can connect to WiFi hotspots and cellular networks. The Sony Tablet P it will be a dual 5.5-inch screen. It’s kind of in between a full sized tablet and a smartphone since it weighs 370 grams which is a bit less than the iPad 2 but a bit more than the Kyocera Echo. The tablet will come with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of Storage, a 2GB SD card, 4G and WiFi support, and it will run off of a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. The tablet will also have a 0.3MP front facing camera.
