ViewSonic latest notebooks and all-in-one desktop, finally went on sale after it introduced at CES in January 2010. The VNB132 ViewBook and VNB141 ViewBook have now hit retail in the US with pricing coming in at $649 and $829 respectively.
Billed as being designed to ‘meet every individual’s computing needs’ the new ViewSonic VB141 ViewBook, which comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (specifically a ULV SU7300) under the hood, sports a 14” display, 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard disk, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam whilst, in terms of connectivity, you can factor in WiFi (802.11b/g/n), VGA and HDMI outputs and 2 USB ports. Unlike the 13.3-inch model, however, this product also boasts a DVD RW Super Multi Drive and uses a six-cell battery instead of a four-cell model.

Dell officially releases its Inspiron Mini 10v netbook. This is the Pine Trail version of Dell’s previously released Mini 10 netbook. The product description says this model comes with Ubuntu 9.10, Moblin 2.1. It’s not entirely clear what that mean.
Like the Windows version, the Linux model has a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. Asus has virtually ceased to offer its netbook and nettop PCs preloaded with Linux. Newegg, they are selling an Eee PC EB202 nettop mysteriously preinstalled with Red Flag Linux. The ASUS Eee Box EB202 is bundled with keyboard and mouse. It is now available for priced at $219.99.
The Eee Box EB202 comes with 160GB or hard drive, WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, multi-format card reader and 1GB of RAM. On processor side, it offers Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz and onboard Intel GMA 950 graphics card.

Laptop ASUS has introduced the brand new Pine Trail netbook which await HD display, called Asus Eee Personal Computer 1005PR. The Asus 1005PR looks identical to the 1005P / PE, announced earlier this year in terms of design and specifications, but instead of the standard 10.1-inch 1024 x 768 pixel LCD, the 1005PR has a higher resolution 1366 x 768 pixel (720p HD) 10.1-inch display.
This netbook has a plastic wrapping that looks to be the Asus Eee PC 1005PE. You’ll have a choice of a 6 cell 48Wh battery, or a 6 cell, 63Wh battery. They give nine and eleven hours of battery life, respectively.

HP’s officially launching the Mini 210 Vivienne Tam edition. The new HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition netbook made its debut at New York Fashion Week as part of Tams spring 2010 collection. This netbook is a beautiful marriage between fashion, flair and hardware, and HP even calls this a “fashion accessory. Zotac is updating its nettop lineup to add support for Intel’s latest Atom processor and NVIDIA’s next-generation ION graphics. At CeBIT 2010 in Hanover, Germany, Zotac announced the new nettop called Zotac Zbox HD-ID11.
The Zotac Zbox HD-ID11 is based on Pinetrail and ION 2 powered. It is powered by Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor, Intel NM10 chipset, and Nvidia ION graphics (“ION 2?). This CPU is combined with a 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM and a 2.5-inch storage unit, which can be either a hard drive or a solid state drive. The low-power machine also features DirectX 10.1 graphics, a 6-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, and 7.1 channel audio.
The yet undated Zotac ZBOX HD-ID11 offers both DVI and HDMI outputs and is most likely going to be pre-loaded with Windows 7. Zotac has officially announced the ZBOX HD-ID11, calling it a product that “redefines the mini-PC experience”. Unfortunatley, There is no word on release date or pricing yet.
