Philips has introduced the MCi900 and MCD900 SoundSphere Systems-based audio systems. Both exaggerate the 100W RMS output, an integrated DVD/CD player and a large color screen.
The MCi900 uses Streamium technology that makes digital music accessible from USB hard drives. It comes along with a 160GB HDD. Wi-Fi connectivity for Internet radio and wireless streaming of music are other attributes.
The MCi900 is the “future” piece of equipment between the pair. Along with featuring the SoundSphere Systems, it will also be able to play music back courtesy of the Streamium technology therein. You’ll be able to access music from USB hard drives, as well as the integrated 160GB hard drive within.Unfortunately there is no price or date announce for these audio systems
