Back in July, Asus was announcing its premium netbook, called the Asus Lamborghini VX6. This luxury netbook is now available for pre-order at price of $699. It seems that it a little bit expensive, 699 USD, for a machine that is basically a 1215N with a different chassis. It has 200 USD more than the Eee PC 1215N, but it has more as it has USB 3.0, Bluetooth 3.0, a better 1.3MP webcam, Bang & Olufsen speakers and a card reader

The Lamborghini VX6 packs a 12.1-inch (1366 x 768) LED-backlit display, a 1.83 GHz Atom D525 dual-core CPU, 2GB of DDR 3 memory, a 250GB hard drive, a ION 2 GPU, Ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity, and USB 3.0. The netbook has a battery life of up to 6 hours and is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium.
