Compaq is offering a new notebook called Presario CQ62Z which from outside looks like a typical 15.4-inch notebook with its main feature being its price tag – $380. You can get the price up to nearly twice that mark. However, if a bargain machine with a standard notebook size screen is what you want you can get it here.
So, in terms of CPU, users will be able to choose from the following available models: V-Series Processor for Notebook PCs V120 (2.2GHz, 512KB L2 Cache), Athlon II Dual-Core Processor for Notebook PCs N330 (2.3GHz, 1MB L2 Cache), Turion II Dual-Core Mobile Processor P520 (2.3GHz, 2MB L2 Cache), Phenom II Dual-Core Mobile Processor N620 (2.8GHz, 2MB L2 Cache) or Phenom II Triple-Core Mobile Processor N830 (2.1GHz, 1.5MB L2 Cache).
