Kodak EASYSHARE M580 camera, new model

Kodak has presented their new model of EASYSHARE line which is designed to allow for easy sharing of photos on social networks, named EASYSHARE M580. The new Kodak Easyshare M580 allows you to tag your photos and videos on the camera to be sent to Facebook, Flickr, the Kodak Gallery and YouTube.
According to Kodak, this camera’s most important selling point is represented by the Share button, which allows users to tag pictures directly from the camera for e-mailing, or uploading to YouTube, Facebook, Flickr and KODAK Gallery sites, plus e-mail.

Among the features of the M580 include a 3” LCD and a 14MP sensor. It has an optical 8X zoom, shake reduction and can record HD videos at 720p resolution. It also comes with a 28mm wide angle lens using Schneider-Kreuznach optics.
The camera has face detection that can automatically recognize and tag up to 20 faces. The camera will ship on April 23 and can be pre-ordered now for $199.95.

Kodak EASYSHARE M580 camera Review on Digital Camera
4.5/5

“Overall, the Kodak M580 is a solid bet for the price. Despite a few hitches, it performs reasonably well and can be had for quite a bit less than its medium-zoom competition. Kodak’s product line has vastly improved in the last year with their top-of-the-heap Zi8 and Playsport pocket camcorders and excellent Pulse wireless photo frame. Their cameras haven’t reached that level yet, but the M580 is another step in the right direction.”

Kodak EASYSHARE M580 camera Review on HardwareSecret

“This camera’s best feature is its ability to take very good pictures and videos. This, however, is marred by the poor design of the buttons on the top of the camera. With the on/off button and shutter button being especially problematic, using this camera can be a bit aggravating. If you can overcome or ignore that, it could be a good choice. Otherwise, take a pass.”

Kodak EASYSHARE M580 camera Review on photographyblog

“The Kodak Easyshare M580 may be a good looking pocket snapper but there are plenty more models on the shelves for anyone hoping to reel in a good deal, with just about every other manufacturer fielding nigh identical 12MP or 14MP ‘high zoom’ models and Panasonic probably being the first name you think of offering just such for the sub-ÂŁ200 price point.

  1. Thanks for your blog post. Things i would like to make contributions about is that laptop memory needs to be purchased if your computer can no longer cope with whatever you do by using it. One can mount two good old ram boards having 1GB each, as an example, but not certainly one of 1GB and one with 2GB. One should make sure the car maker’s documentation for the PC to be certain what type of storage is essential.
