JOOS Orange claims to be able to produce 20 times more power than any personal solar charger on the market.  Their chart shows that they have 120 minutes of talk time per hour of sun, but rate competitors at just 20 minutes of talk time per hour of sun.

The Joos Orange produced by Solar Products is designed for use with personal electronics such as phones, MP3 players, and GPS devices. It runs a 5-inch mono-crystalline solar cell and a replaceable 3.7 volt, 5,400mAh lithium-ion polymer battery. Just one minute of sun-time generates enough energy to get your cell phone up and running again

It’s also rugged and waterproof, using a polycarbonate case encapsulated in urethane to last for many years of outdoor use, and with a non-yellowing urethane instead of an epoxy-based coating, it won’t turn yellow in the sun after. The charger will be available sometime in June for under $100.
