ZOTAC ZBOX HD-ID11 Ion 2 nettop announced

Zotac is updating its nettop lineup to add support for Intel’s latest Atom processor and NVIDIA’s next-generation ION graphics. At CeBIT 2010 in Hanover, Germany, Zotac announced the new nettop called Zotac Zbox HD-ID11.

The Zotac Zbox HD-ID11 is based on Pinetrail and ION 2 powered. It is powered by Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor, Intel NM10 chipset, and Nvidia ION graphics (“ION 2?). This CPU is combined with a 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM and a 2.5-inch storage unit, which can be either a hard drive or a solid state drive. The low-power machine also features DirectX 10.1 graphics, a 6-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, and 7.1 channel audio.
The yet undated Zotac ZBOX HD-ID11 offers both DVI and HDMI outputs and is most likely going to be pre-loaded with Windows 7. Zotac has officially announced the ZBOX HD-ID11, calling it a product that “redefines the mini-PC experience”. Unfortunatley, There is no word on release date or pricing yet.
