Sony announced the Cybershot DSC-TX5 waterproof digital camera. The 10.2-megapixel Sony TX5 is the world’s thinnest and smallest certified waterproof digital still camera with Optical SteadyShot image stabilisation and touch operation. Not only that, this 10.2 megapixel shooter is also Sony’s first digital still camera that is equipped with an “Exmor R” CMOS sensor which has been certified to be freeze proof down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit, shockproof up to about a 5-foot drop and dust proof.

The TX5 camera will be out later this April for approximately $350 in silver, black, pink, green and red colors.
