BenQ has stood up to the public and said: “We have claimed the worlds slimmest title!” Measuring just 15mm thick, BenQ’s latest V2220 is claimed as the world’s slimmest 21.5-inch LED-backlit LCD monitor.
Benq has a 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 1920 by 1080 resolution (1366 by 768 on the V920), 250 nits of brightness. This widescreen monitor provides 5ms response time and has both DVI and VGA connectors. The monitor is also very green. Power consumption is reduced by 28.6% compared to traditional CCFL models. When you switch to Eco mode, it further saves power by up to 52%. It help you save electricity and also very environmentally-friendly.

The BenQ V2220 will become available in Taiwan in the next couple of months for unannounced price yet.
