Yamaha has revealed its newest two-piece home theater package, the YHT-S400 combines a super-slim sound bar with a subwoofer-integrated receiver,which should fit perfectly in cramped studio apartments and in living rooms where space is at a premium.
Yamaha’s YHT-S400 sound bar has an impressive 31″ in length and stands only 2″ high. Although small, the system still packs a punch, with 3 x 50w front speakers and a 100w subwoofer

The S400 features an integrated subwoofer, three 1080p-compatible HDMI inputs with CEC functionality, linear PCM audio input handling, The YHT-S400 also features UniVolume, which is Yamaha’s way of keeping audio levels consistent from channel to channel and from program to commercial. Air Sound Extreme to deliver sound around the listener better than most other virtual surround systems.

It even supports the YDS-11 universal iPod dock and YBA-10 Bluetooth wireless audio receiver to stream A2DP audio from Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones, PCs and Macs
