Dell has extended its business desktop line-up with the OptiPlex 780 Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF). New OptiPlex 780 USFF is world’s smallest fully functional commercial desktop PC with integrated power supply and Intel vPro technology. Measuring just 23.9 x 6.5 x 23.6cm, the new Optiplex has no expansion slots and space for only a single internal hard drive, but is otherwise a fully specified business PC with Intel dual-core processors up to the 2.93GHz E6500
The Optiplex 780 USFF is capable of running Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and even Ubuntu Linux. Also. It is capable of scaling processing power, graphics and hard drives through the use of Intel Core 2 Duo processing technology
Adopting the Intel vPro technology, the machine sports an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, an integrated Intel GMA 4500 graphics card, up to 4GB RAM, a choice of either a 320GB HDD or 128GB SSD, an integrated power supply and Windows 7 OS.
