Creative just launched its Zii Trinity platform. This new Ziilabs device has a 3.1 inch multitouch screen, as well as WiFi and a 5 Megapixel autofocus camera. The phone looks tiny, especially compared to the iPhone-sized Creative Zii Egg
The example design of the Zii TRINITY phone supports quad-band GSM/EDGE and tri-band WCDMA/HSDPA 7.2Mbps 3.5G networks. It has a 3.1-inch 480×800 OLED display with capacitive multitouch, VGA front camera for video call, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS receiver, microSD card slot and micro USB 2.0 port. Moreover, it brings Xtreme Fidelity X-Fi audio technology and Accelerated OpenGL ES 3D Graphics, Video and Imaging as well. It offers also mini HDMI port.
The TRINITY 001 is still in an unfinished form and expectedly very glitchy but the fact that it is run by a powerful ZMS-05 SoC makes it exciting.
