Imation Corp. announced the availability of its much-anticipated Pro WX Wireless USB hard drive in the US market. The Pro WX external hard drive is the world’s first external USB derive to use wireless USB technology. The Pro WX uses a 3.5-inch form factor. Imation claims that the drive offers fast data transfer speeds. The Imation Pro WX Wireless USB Hard Drive can transfer data at 15MB/s, and it comes with 1.5TB of storage, which can store up to 300,000 photos and up to 750 hours of video.
Each purchase of the Imation Pro WX Wireless USB hard drive comes with an integrated stand that allows you to place it in either a vertical or horizontal position.
