Company Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) has officially announced a device called Vega, which is a new Google Android 2.0-powered touchscreen tablet. The ICD Vega will features a 15.6 inch touchscreen display, NVIDIA’s Tegra processor, 512MB of RAM and 512MB of storage, there is also a microSD card slot for storage expansion and a 1.3 megapixel web camera . Other important specs including a built-in accelerometer, dual digital microphones, an ambient light sensor and a magnetic dock for charging and syncing the device. It’s expected this mode will weigh about 45 ounces and have a battery life of around 4 hours.
No word on price or availability. The company is expecting to ship the tablet in the first half of 2010 across hroughout North America, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
