Colorful S101 NewYork is  a 10 inch mini-laptop from a Chinese PC maker. In fact this netbook that gets a “NewYork” in its name comes from a Shenzhen based company Seethru.
A key feature of the new Seethru Colorful S101 NewYork is the ability to rotate the image on the display depending on the position of the netbook in tilted with the built-in G-sensor accelerometer.The accelerometer also provides some shock protection for the hard drive. Basically, if the sensor detects that the computer is in freefall, it will shut down the hard drive temporarily in order to prevent damage in the event that your computer comes crashing down to the ground.
The NewYork netbook in general has pretty typical specs : a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 160 GB hard drive, Wi-Fi, and a 1.3 megapixel webcam.The price is 2180 Yuan (about $320 USD).
