Soyea, a manufacturer from Hangzhou, China has released its latest 5″ MID (Mobile Internet Device) known as the Z5. The Soyea Z5 measures 6.1″ x 3.7″ x 0.89″ (similar to the popular Viliv S5) and has been priced by Amazon China at 5999 yuan, which is about $878.

Processing power comes courtesy of a 1.2GHz Intel Atom processor, and there is 1GB of RAM onboard. Other specifications include 1GB RAM, a 5″ 800 x 400 resolution touchscreen display, an 8GB SSD, Wi-Fi connectivity, a 2-megapixel camera for snapping decent stills while a VGA secondary camera is there for your video conferencing needs, a mini USB port, a VGA port, a microSD memory card slot and a SIM card slot.Soyea Z5 can runs on Windows XP and Linux OS
