The SmartQ V5 will introduce the V series internet tablets to consumers in China and, around the world. The upcoming SmartQ V5 MID, the player does look nicer in the flesh then it did as a render in SmartQ promo pictures.
It will be powered by an ARM11 600MHz processor, featuring 256MB RAM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR connectivity, a 4.3″ touchscreen LCD display, 1080p resolution support with HDMI out. It’s practically the same MID, except the smaller 4.3-inch touchscreen LCD on the more pocket-friendly V5. It will also support linux, WinCE and even Android, although by default it looks to ship with linux.

It actually ships with all 3 OS’s. When the device starts it presents the user with a boot menu.
I found a website which is selling the smartQ V5.the website is http://www.techbonzer.com
