Thecus today announced a new, more powerful version of its seven-bay desktop NAS, dubbed the N7700PRO. The N7700PRO, the new device boasts seven bays that can accommodate 3.5-inch SATA hard drives, a Core 2 Duo processor, 4GB of RAM, an LCD screen. In addition, it also supports multiple RAID setups (0, 1, 5, 6, 10) and comes with several connectivity ports including four USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet and eSATA.
