As Google’s press event next week creeps up on us, rumors of the Nexus 7 second edition are heating up big-time. A leaked product information tag of what is said to be the second-gen Nexus 7 shows us what we might expect in the refreshed tablet. These features include Android 4.3, wireless charging, and dual cameras.

The Nexus 4 has wireless charging capabilities, and while we haven’t seen a Google tablet with such support yet, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the next-generation Nexus 7 pack such a feature.

The photo suggest that the tablet will also sport an unspecified quad-core 1.5GHz processor, as well as a 5-megapixel rear camera with a 1.2-megapixel front-facing snapper. The 7-inch display will remain , but there will be support for outputting 1080p video on your TV.

Huawei has announced a new 7-inch tablet that will be out later this year, the MediaPad 7 Youth. The slate is a modest offering, with Huawei detailing the general specifications around a marketing push that targets the younger generation. There’s no specific launch date for the device yet, with the maker only specifying “Q3 2013.”

Inside, the MediaPad 7 Youth has a 28nm dual-core 1.6GHz processor and a “powerful GPU,” neither of which were detailed further. Connectivity includes HSPA+ 21Mbps and 802.11 wifi. The Li-Polymer battery has a capacity of 4100 mAh that is said to provide a standby time of nearly two weeks. The software is Android 4.1.

The MediaPad 7 Youth, as its name suggests, features a 7-inch display with support for 10-point touch. Unfortunately, Huawei didn’t break out more details about the display, such as what kind of resolution we can expect, nor what kind of panel is used.

It gives it better low-light performance on top of improving camera speed and image processing. The camera should be announced on February 8th, 2012 and the US price is expected to be around $1,100.00
